Hello, my name is Colin Post. I'm a doctoral candidate in the Information and Library Science program at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, where I also recently completed a masters degree in Art History.

Before moving to North Carolina, I received an MFA in Poetry from the University of Montana. In my research and my own creative practice, I explore the role of technologies like virtual reality, augmented reality, creative programming languages, 3D printing, and more in cultural production. My research also encompasses historical perspectives on these technologies, as I seek to place the work of cultural producers in the context of art history and the broader development of information technologies.
